Each class is different and goes beyond a “simple calisthenics series”. In a class we have a combination of Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Bhandas, Chanting & meditation which is known as a “Kriya”. Each Kriya is different and its sequence creates a specific effect, with its total impact of the sequence being greater than the sum of the parts. All Kriyas are taught as by Yogi Bhajan.
